We collect only the information that is necessary for the purpose of our contact. Specifically:
- Contact details — name, company, email address, and telephone number that you provide when requesting a quotation or contacting us.
- Shipment information — details about your cargo that you share (type, weight, dimensions, origin and destination) for the purpose of preparing a quotation.
- Correspondence — the content of messages you send us, so we can respond accurately.
- Technical data — basic web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated automatically when you visit this website. We do not use these logs to identify you, and they are retained only as long as necessary for security and stability.
- Consent preference — the choice you make in our cookie banner (stored locally on your device).

5. Sharing of personal data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share personal data only where it is necessary to perform the requested service and only with parties who are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, including:
- carriers, terminals, customs brokers and other logistics partners involved in your shipment;
- email and hosting providers that enable us to operate this website and our correspondence;
- public authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose information (for example, customs or tax authorities).
6. International transfers
Your data is processed primarily within the Republic of Moldova and the European Economic Area. Where data must be transferred to a country outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, in line with Art. 44–49 GDPR.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with legal and tax retention obligations:
- Quotation and correspondence data: up to 2 years after the last contact, unless a transport contract follows.
- Transport and customs documentation: for the period required by transport and tax legislation (generally up to 5 years).
- Web server logs: up to 90 days.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected;
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restriction — limit how we process your data;
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- Not be subject to automated decision-making — we do not make automated decisions about you.

9. Complaints to a supervisory authority
If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence or workplace. In the Republic of Moldova, the competent authority is the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (National Centre for Personal Data Protection). You may also complain to the supervisory authority of an EU Member State, as applicable.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and staff confidentiality obligations.
11. Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16.
